Artwork Approval

Prestige Printing & Graphics is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-approved proofs, including:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Layout
• Colors approved by the customer
• Phone numbers
• Addresses
• Other customer-supplied information

Color Variations

Due to differences in printing processes, paper stocks, inks, monitors, and devices, slight color variations may occur between printed products and on-screen images.

Such variations are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Payment

Payment terms are determined at the time of order.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Cancellations

Orders that have entered production may not be canceled.

If cancellation is approved before production begins, charges may apply for design, setup, or other work already completed.
